    Messed up order. We were charged for a Chicken chef salad and asked for no onions. The salad is clearly full of onions and has no chicken. (See pictures) Otherwise their food has been good. Their burgers are excellent. But they need to pay attention to orders and check them before they go out the door.

    The food was great. I ordered a fish fry loved it! My only critique was that the cole slaw was a little bland it needed a oomph. My order was taken promptly for take out, while waiting I noticed an employee that was wonderful with her interactions with customers. Sydney, while she did not take my order my observation of her was wonderful. I noticed that all the servers we're professional efficient and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. All the foods that I've tried are good and I will always come back due to the food and the service

    My new place to go get a yummy cheeseburger. Today, I tried the half chicken. It was so moist and delicious! The sweet and sour sauce on top was really tasty! I highly recommend Jim's!!

    Have been coming here for a few years now and never had a bad experience. Food is good and the people are friendly, what else do you need?
